SUMMARY-How little sleep can you get away with?

Maggie Jones writes the topic in the New York Times. She wants to tell people how long people should sleep for one day, and she had a sleep-time experiment for people. The test focused on people’s attention with different sleeping time. The group with eight-hours sleep did fewer mistakes in the test. The people with fewer hours for sleep had lower attention.  But the researcher didn’t know seven-hour for sleep was enough or not. Consequently, the author suggested people should sleep eight hours at night.
